Chem Direct Recruitment Video
A recruitment video for Chem Direct, filmed in an office setting and made to show candidates what working there is like.
Brandefy handles Dallas video production for companies across Dallas–Fort Worth: commercials, recruiting films, and product videos, with one team responsible from concept to delivery.
TRUSTED BY BRANDS ACROSS INDUSTRIES
Brandefy’s Dallas office is in Preston Center. We are a full-service video production company, and since 2011 we have delivered more than 3,000 projects for over 500 clients, from single testimonial videos to multi-part campaigns.
Full-service means the creative, the shoot, and the edit all come from one team, so the idea you approve in the storyboard is the one that reaches the screen.
You sign off on the script and storyboard before anything is filmed, review the edit before it is final, and receive files in the formats your channels need.

What each of the area’s major industries tends to ask of video.
North Texas is home to dozens of large company headquarters. Recruiting films, executive messages, and culture videos help them hire and keep people informed.
From the Telecom Corridor in Richardson to chip makers and software firms, tech companies use animated explainers to show how a product works.
Oil, gas, and power companies need safety training, field documentation, and investor-facing films, often shot on active sites.
Developers, brokers, and home-service firms in a fast-growing metro use video to sell a property or a service before anyone visits.
Chains headquartered here roll out menus, products, and promotions across hundreds of locations. Short product spots keep each launch consistent.
With teams in every major pro league and a full calendar of conventions and festivals, the area has a steady need for recaps and sizzle reels.
“We use the video everywhere—Zoom, meetings, YouTube, our site. Prospects say EZ Stacker ‘sells itself.’ Exactly the impact we needed.”
“Working with Brandefy was a game-changer. Their long-form videos drove a 54% higher CTR and 47% higher completion rate than our in-house videos, with YouTube conversions 44% cheaper.”
“Attention to detail was outstanding. The self-paced course was delivered on time and perfectly formatted for our platforms.”
Brandefy projects start around $5,000 for a single, simple video. Extra shoot days, larger crews, paid talent, and animation add to that, and larger productions run $100,000 or more. You get an itemized quote once we have talked through the project.
A simple piece usually takes 2 to 4 weeks and a typical project 4 to 6. Campaigns with several videos can take 12 weeks or more. A shoot on city property adds time for the permit.
The office is at 5960 Berkshire Lane, Dallas, TX 75225, in Preston Center. Company headquarters are in Santa Monica, California, and Brandefy has been in business since 2011.
You do when the shoot uses City of Dallas property. The Office of Special Events issues commercial filming permits for streets, sidewalks, parking lanes, and city buildings, parks, and plazas. Filming inside a private business or home is arranged with the owner, and a city permit is generally needed only when the shoot also uses public space.
Yes, with a permit. The city lists B-roll of its parks and plazas, including Dealey Plaza, Pioneer Plaza, and City Hall Plaza, among the activities that need a commercial filming permit. We apply for it during pre-production.
Scheduling does most of the work. Outdoor scenes go early in the morning or near sunset, and the middle of the day is kept for interiors. On set we plan shade, water, and breaks for the cast and crew, and we protect cameras and batteries from direct sun.
Yes, if the project is large enough. The state program, known as TMIIIP, pays a cash grant once a commercial project reaches $100,000 in Texas spending. The rate is 5% up to $1 million and 10% above that. The project also has to hire Texas residents for at least 35% of its paid cast and crew and complete 60% of the production in the state.
Yes. We film in offices, plants, campuses, and field sites. Before the shoot we agree a schedule with your facilities and security teams, pick quiet rooms for interviews, and arrange releases for any employees who appear on camera.
We cover the whole Metroplex across Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties. That includes Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Addison, McKinney, and Grapevine.
